2. The service

AI Content Empire is an online directory of AI tools. We provide access to tool listings, search, categories, and subscription features. We do not own or operate the listed tools — we provide information about them.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions
  • No refunds on renewal charges unless required by law

5. Free plan

The free plan is provided as-is with no guarantee of continued availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features at any time.

6. Tool listings

Listed tools are third-party products. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, pricing, or quality. Links to external tools are provided for information only.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to scrape data, submit false tool listings, impersonate others, or violate any applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on AI Content Empire (excluding third-party tool information) is owned by Omar Bashir. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, AI Content Empire is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform or listed tools. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Den Haag, Netherlands.
